For New Patients - Telehealth (Phone Consult) Consultations available

Due to Current Medicare Regulations - New Patients can access our Telehealth Service for a $50* fee. For Telehealth - New Patients must call and book their appointment with the Reception staff.

The $50 fee must be paid at the time of booking over the phone.

The consultation can include: Medical Consultations with our friendly qualified team of GPs, Medical Certificates, Script Repeats, Please note: S8/Opioids scripts will NOT be provided over the phone under any circumstances. Consultation is for up to 10 minutes only. *This payment does not apply to our regular patients of the practice who are covered by Medicare under Telehealth Regulations.

The health of our staff and patients is paramount!

We have taken steps to promote social distancing and minimise traffic within our practice to protect our staff and patients. Phone consultations can be booked by calling the practice or book online using Hot Doc. If you require to attend the practice, we have made adjustments to our waiting room to ensure self-distancing and kindly request you sanitise your hands upon arrival.
